I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting healthy teeth and gums. It kills bacteria and provides extra oxygen to your gums to promote healing. It can be used several times a day or immediately after cleansing. The spray pump is perfect for applying it exactly where you want it. My gums no longer bleed after brushing my teeth and my teeth are brilliantly white. If you suffer from gum disease, this has helped me a lot in my recovery from lichen planus. I still use it for my healthy gums.
