I'm a novice electrician so I use a tape measure all the time and I LOVE this tape! I've been using Stanley FatMax 25' tape for about a year because my apprentice had it. The band is decent, but the lock button has always annoyed me. It takes two hands to lock and unlock the band! The magnet kept popping up too. But this Milwaukee band is amazing! It is very well designed, has a longer tensile strength, and the lock button is very easy to operate. The belt clip is also very strong and tight, which is another shortcoming of the Stanley. So if you are a professional contractor, you NEED this tape!
