Bought this product to keep the neighbor's cats out of my front yard. Several female clip receptors were broken when received, the clips are difficult to hook, and there is no "spring" in the prongs of the male clips so they tend to disengage once engaged. Paramount, dude just doesn't work! I spent $150 and a day to put a rug all over my yard and the next morning I found 3 different cat poo right on the rug like it wasn't even there! Please provide a shipping authorization to return the product and receive a full refund.
