Purchased this from Revain stock for an additional discount. So it was a return, we're looking into that, and one of the parts has obviously been altered. I am all the more guilty that I trusted the returns department. From my 3D printing-mechanically savvy husband, these "feeling" parts are more wavy than you would expect. These are substitutes that aren't super expensive real things, they're good enough. We just bought a used DC59 from someone (cheap new battery), they just didn't have any tools, just a roller brush. Edit: The replaced part is not replaced, it is the same as the picture in the description, it only requires a Dyson adapter (included). This is a flexible red felt dusting brush with softer bristles. Look closely at the picture, you can see that the depth of the notch is different than the rest. What you don't see is a few kilometers wider than necessary.
