The UI is very easy for users who are new at this business world! It's also perfect if you have an existing workforce that knows what they're doing yet needs some assistance in creating automated workflows or tasks. I don't like how many things it takes too set up one of these feeds. Sometimes we need something simple as sending out emails without having 20 different tabs open. Notifications seem to take forever sometimes when someone tries to opt-out but then again maybe i'm just impatient because my team would rather do everything manually than through all those steps. Sending out regular newsletters about upcoming events/product updates/referral promotions so our teams know exactly whats going on within the organization without us having to spend hours looking over email threads every week. I appreciate all efforts of the team in order to make the platform even better for our customers. Their support is great! The best thing about feedify is that it's totally free. It gives you all the basic features to start with as well as the option to upgrade if needed. We are using Feedify for marketing purposes. It helps us keep track of our customers' activity, send them emails and push notifications.
