Water ingress into fittings and lighting accessories

First set was returned because a lamp was not working, second set had a lamp with water two months after installation filled . I live in California so it doesn't rain much here, especially in late spring, emailed the seller with the same photo and after a month no response. The only water the truck gets is car washes, I won't be returning them and getting another set with problems. I want them to work after installation.
