I plan on using these shelves in my bathroom once I am done repainting it. The seem to hold a decent amount of weight from things such as skin care products, tooth care, and hair care, but I have not yet tried out heavier weighted items. The wood is very lightweight and it is slightly rough to the touch, but it is a beautiful deep brown shade. The addition of the towel racks is great for hanging brushes, towels, or really anything that is not too heavy. I know it can be used in other places, but this is where I am putting mine. I look forward to utilizing these shelves soon!
