Review on JURY+ Web Generation by Robert Gilbert

JuryPlus is easy to use with its intuitive design that allows you to manage your entire process from start through finish without having any technical support or training needed! The customer service has been great as well when we have had questions/issues arise during our work flow for clients. I would like more integration options between other Jurysim software products so it's not always just one way of completing tasks within Pinnacle Software. Integrations are nice but sometimes they can be difficult if there isn't an official API available yet. If this was addressed earlier then customers could benefit sooner. We do not currently utilize all features of their product because some functionality does require additional license fees outside of what Pinnacles offers already (we're comparing pricing). This however doesn’t mean you should overlook their benefits either which include being able to customize fields in addition to managing different types of cases at once (which increases efficiency.
