These speakers sound very good. I would say they are good all round speakers. I use them in my office connected to a computer and listen to voice calls, music, movies, videos etc and am very happy with the quality. The bass reproduction is pleasant, the highs are clear. To power the speakers I chose this receiver: Pyle PFA330BT - 90W Mini Bluetooth Stereo Wireless Streaming Power Amplifier - Mic, RCA and 3.5mm Aux inputs. .A word of caution. If you buy them to mount to an interior wall with a standard 2x4 design, they are too deep, requiring a minimum depth of 6.2 inches.
