Terrible Product, Poor Customer Service

I like that Bingo CRM is integrated with Salesforce. I like that they offer a free trial. I like that they have a lot of different modules that are useful for different types of businesses. I don't like that their support is very poor. They don't respond to tickets or emails and they don't have an active community. I have been using Bingo CRM for almost a year now and have been extremely happy with the product. The customer service is terrible. The support is terrible. The product is terrible. I wish I could give a zero star rating. I would not recommend using Bingo CRM. I have used a number of different CRMs and have been very happy with all of them. I have been working with Bingo CRM for almost a year now and have been very happy with the product. I would highly recommend using Bingo CRM. I am solving a number of different problems by using Bingo CRM.

  • You should be able learn this stuff within half hour at most easily!
Cons
  • Nothing really comes up except maybe some more advanced features but there may still need something else
