Review on Dexter Outdoors 15563 Scalloped Parer by Laura Brooks

Excellent product. I use it for work as a baker. It leaves the smoothest marks on bread dough I've ever seen. I bought another serrated Dexter knife about a year ago and left it at work one day. When I finally found it, it was badly bent, like it had been run over by a two-ton car. Surprisingly, it was STILL the sharpest knife in the building and my personal favorite. I recently started teaching someone and wanted them to use the new one so I bought it from Revain. It could be better than the first one I bought. If you've only used a regular serrated knife of this type and not a serrated knife, try this knife and you'll never go back to a regular serrated knife. The value for your money for this item is over 5⭐. Especially if you work with food.
