Review on Sceptre FreeSync E248B FPT168: Frameless DisplayPort Monitor with Built-in Speakers, Wall Mountable & Tilt Adjustment - Full HD 1920X1080P, Flicker-Free & IPS Panel by Kevin Bianchi

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great overall monitor with one minor annoyance

I have two of these monitors and I love them. My first IPS monitors since 22" TN panels (couldn't handle poor viewing angles). These are very good displays with good stands (although mine is installed with VESA enabled). Super Thin and Light Monitors I had a Zepter monitor about 15 years ago and completely forgot about the brand until I got into the new display market. I don't think you can find it for a monitor this size with an IPS display and 144Hz, and as far as I know they're really bezel-less and look good when mounted side-by-side, virtually seamless screen-to-screen. The power indicator flashes blue. It really annoys me just because my monitors are set up in my bedroom, and it's really annoying when I'm trying to sleep (I can sleep in a brightly lit room, but the repeated flashing is killing me). Minor, but as if you pressed the power button, it's solid red.
