We will be returning this lamp - it is not very well made or durable. The lower screw was completely torn off when received, so the whole lamp is crooked. Very disappointed, would give 0 stars if I could. Editing of this review and my review based on customer support response: After I wrote my initial review, customer support contacted me for a full refund without returning the lamp. They also included a video on how to fix a broken screw issue. I was really impressed with the speed with which the customer service responded - it really shows that they value their customers and want to help solve problems. I ordered a new lamp there and there were no problems with the new one.
