Installation: Fairly easy installation, takes 10 minutes to install, attaches to the handlebars (or an extra handlebar if you have them) and has spacers for different handlebar diameters. Mobile phone holder: Clips on mobile phones of different sizes. I was skeptical that the screw clamp would bounce off vibrations, but the sticky rubber bumpers that come with it, as well as any phone case you might have, allow for some "bounce" from the screw, which seems to be pretty good (like sponge wire). The clamp is quite "loud" when riding without a phone, but a little annoying. Electrician: I haven't wired it up yet, but the 12V -> USB converter is so easy I trust it. most likely works fine. A few electrical complaints: 1) Ring terminals 2) No on/off switch 3) No fuse Obviously the point of ring terminals is that you just connect them directly to the battery. I didn't do this (and I advise you not to) because without a switch you can drain your battery and possibly cause a short or other electrical problems due to a missing fuse. I plan on plugging it into my bike's accessory socket (which has a built in fuse and only turns on when the bike is running), but I'm sure many people will just plug it into their battery. which is kind of risky.
