Now I see why this little 9 inch whisk has such great reviews. It's the workhorse in my kitchen! I bought this after my old whisk that I had used for many years finally died. And WOW it took me to get this whisk to realize I've been using a poor quality whisk all these years. This whisk is SO durable and handles batter, mixtures, sauces and eggs like buta. Love the grip and how strong and durable the wires are. And it's a lot easier to clean than my old whisk.
