The ease of use for both remote employees as well as those who work locally is great! I can't think about anything that we dislike at this point (though it's hard!). It seems like there are always features being added or changed so be sure keep an eye out if something important has been removed before trying other programs; otherwise stick with what works best. We've found some benefits include more efficient communication between our entire organization regardless where people happen live geographically - whether inside US or overseas- which allows us better collaboration across boundaries than ever previously possible by simply using email alone.
