But the number of tires I had to go through to get a replacement brake lever is incredible: first, customer service is almost impossible to reach, call wait time is over 40 minutes and they don't answer emails; Second, as soon as I really managed to submit a ticket, they were silent for a month, a MONTH! I had to call them again to find out some of the information was wrong. if you could just contact me and ask for clarification, but that would be too much, wouldn't it, segway? and once I actually got all the information they asked from them and after they confirmed they sent the part - there is nothing. 2 months have passed, no spare parts, no letters, no calls.
