Don't waste your time or money

2000 Cherokee Sport 4.0L Inline 6 It was an experiment that failed miserably. . (The 10-day limit applied to damage in transit). At this point I had already sanded and filed the connector body to fit the mating connector. When I finally installed it, the engine started and ran but made a weird squeaking noise. I was driving about 2 miles at 50mph when the engine started jerking and then died. Luckily it started again after a short break, so I drove home. The scanner showed an intermittent CKP signal and failure of all 3 coils. I replaced it with a new sensor from O'Reilly Auto Parts and all the trouble codes and the MIL were gone. Now it works fine.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Bug
