I have a 2004 Jeep TJ Rubicon with rear disc brakes. For a long time, the old parking brake pads failed, and my jeep slowly began to coast away on a hill in neutral. I replaced both brake discs, pads, parking brake pads and parking brake parts. I can finally park on a steep driveway or hill without having to stop the bikes! I would recommend buying new parking brake hardware (springs and clamps) once you get there.
