Review on Chefman Immersion Stick Hand Blender by Amanda Collins

I'm on a keto diet so I bought this specifically to make mashed cauliflower (works great!); I've found that you can make a lot of other things with it, like cream cheese fat bombs and natural peanut butter, and it works well. However, the blender consists of two parts that are screwed in the middle - it does NOT remain screwed. I used tape to hold it together and no problem. I just ran it under the tap with some soap to clean it. I can't give it 5 stars because when I buy something NEW it has to work properly and not fall apart without the tape holding it together.
