My company has switched to a hybrid work schedule and it is doing well. The catch is, you don't have your cube anymore, so I work from my backpack on weekdays. A portable laptop stand is required. This one is really well made, lightweight and durable. Comes with a small drawstring velor pouch to prevent scratching other things in the backpack. I put it in the computer slot next to the laptop. Oh, and the stand is very easy and quick to assemble and disassemble. It's really nice when you only have a few minutes until your first meeting or when you're trying to pack quickly to stay ahead of the wave of traffic during rush hour.
