Everything works great and there is a real calculator in the registry. The microphone was particularly cool, along with all the beeps when scanning items and even the little red LED in the scanner. Our daughter loves to play with all the functions. I think it will be great too as later on she will learn how to add and subtract and make adjustments as she also has play money. For the price, this is a really great buy for kids who love to shop. To the Creators: If you ever decide to upgrade, I would price the items to match the amount of in-game money provided (25 cents or a dollar). This will add another level to play for more advanced children with little or no additional production cost (simply with minimal redesign of the outer label on toy food).
