I purchased this item because of its attractive design and the fact that it had the largest pocket opening I could find. Also the price is very reasonable. Basically I am satisfied with the product. However, the locking mechanism is a complete pain in the stock. The numbers are too small. Also, in the locked position, the numbers are vertical instead of horizontal, and you have to tilt your head to the side to enter the code. It makes no sense. To make matters worse, it's only a foot off the ground, requiring you to kneel with your head tilted to one side. This makes opening a locked mailbox quite cumbersome. Luckily you can open the top where the packages fall and look down to see if there is a package in the bottom locked compartment, so you don't have to kneel down and open it only to find there are no packages inside.
