The quality of the metal is not as good as the cutters look.
From what just happened to me I would say this is not good for aircraft mechanics. This is the first day. Straight out of the box. Cut a piece of .032 stainless steel safety wire and it will crumble the blades. I am attaching a photo of the damage and more including the type of wire that was cut. Otherwise, their fit and finish appear to be excellent. It's probably just better for cutting plastic zippers.
