Not impressed with this product at all. Like 20L. After an old battle with hirsutism, I was looking for something that could be a "quick fix" on days when I don't have time to stand in front of a mirror for more than 30 minutes. First of all, the website misnames this product - the picture shows "Emjoi Tweeze" and not Emoji Epi Slim. I noticed an error after purchasing the item, which led to my second complaint: the item's shipping location does not allow returns if the item is opened. How can you tell if you like a product without taking it out of the box? The product then basically rips your facial hair in half, and if it doesn't grab the hair, it has no issues with skin tearing. I read all the instructions, googled the product manuals and properly prepped my face for use - still horrible, bloody and hairy. Biggest waste of money I've spent on my hirsutism journey.
