There was a small problem with the product but after I contacted the seller about my problem he not only responded quickly but even CALL me and exceeded all expectations. The product itself is great. I use it to tune my car as I don't have a tachometer on the dashboard and my car is old so I need to adjust the delay. Also great for tracking down wiring problems. Every do-it-yourselfer needs one of these. A+
