Hard to find for my opinion

My sister in law was looking for a ten inch tart pan and all she could find in the stores were 8 or 9 inch.
I saw this and ordered it for her and she loves it! Happy I found it. Well made, not hard to clean, and works perfectly.

Pros

Easy to use and great non stick surface

Cons

Removing the bottom of the pan can be difficult, leading to damaged crusts

The pan worked out perfectly. Nice cute size when you don''t want to make a large dessert.Rolling the dough is not a problem for this pan but it''s just a little more time consuming to line the pane with dough. As always a round pan is always easier but the rectangular shape is nice.
