I ordered two of these and they both work great. At first I mistakenly ordered almost the same thing but without the handset and sent it back. The price of this one with the receiver was about the same, so it's good value for money. As someone else pointed out, installation is pretty easy. If you're familiar with electrical work, just make sure you turn off the power. Also, for a flush mount fan, I found that I needed a way to mount the receiver on the ceiling so it doesn't touch the spinning motor. The long zip tie securing it to the fan mount did the trick.
