The ability for our staff members who are remote or in different time zones can communicate through video calls without having others have access to their computer is very helpful! It's also nice that they will send you reminders if there has been activity during this period of no contact between two people (such as when someone goes out sick).
I would like it so we could use other methods besides just emailing eachother since sometimes emails get lost due to being sent from multiple accounts at once etc.. We don't really need all these features but some do come handy such as sending files/documents via Dropbox which helps keep track of important documents easily within our organization.
