It took some time to get used to and make some changes but I like it now. I mix it in a liter jar with organic almond milk. I found Simple Nature to be the best in terms of taste and value. Especially if you can find it at Aldi. First I heat it up in a jar in a saucepan with some hot water. Not too warm or the probiotics will be killed. I get the shovel and actually use a little less than they say. Then I add about 1/3 and shake it a little (so it doesn't cake on top). Then I shake well. Then I repeat this process two more times, finally adding 1 tablespoon coconut oil and shaking. Then it becomes smooth and pleasant in taste. However, it took me a bottle of about 2 pounds to get used to it. It wasn't bad, but not that smooth. I had to do without whey because it didn't suit me (dairy products). Now I look forward to it as much as I look forward to my serum. I only tried vanilla. I think if you force yourself to use it, you'll love it by the end of the bottle (if not before).
