I have been using this product for ten years now. I started having cystic changes in my thirties. The dermatologist recommended it. When you start using it, your skin clears up, dandruff. Passes quickly. I will say that you should start by just using it for a minute a few times a week and build up. You may have some dryness - use a good moisturizer. Now I use it every day, leave it in a few minutes. About once a week I leave it on for about five minutes to achieve a mild peeling effect. Really great product. But when you start you will feel a slight itching/burning sensation. My daughter freaked out but her skin looked so much better she was confused. She still uses it often. She's only 14, so not every day. It helped her with monthly breakouts.
