I usually buy this Jan Marini cleanser through my beautician at the plastic surgeon's office. So I know what I bought was legal. Having recently moved, I thought it was a miracle that I found it on Amazon. But after washing my face with a recently purchased bottle. I don't feel any tingling or cleansing effects.
