I had a Harmony Ultimate and never liked the button layout. The hub works great with blasters as my Bose soundbar hides the IF on the TV. Setting it up on the Harmony desktop was easy, but if something doesn't work, you'll spend hours trying to figure it out. So I upgraded to 950 to use my existing hub. The original setup was simply copied over to the 950 from the Ultimate. The remote must be over the hub to pair. It took me just as long to reconfigure the connection with Alexa. I have a hub with smart things and it's confusing which hub to control. This is not the center of harmony, but the center of intelligent things. Alexa communicates through my WiFi router. I just wish Logitech would make it easier to follow the instructions, but I think there are so many settings it's tricky. You should use the community support you find most helpful as most have setup issues. This is not Harmony's fault, just the simple fact that their product tries and supports so many configurations. Now I can turn Alexa TV1 on or off and start the cable box, sound system and TV. The 950's screen is sharp and easy to read. buttons light up. I just wish they had placed the guide and info button above the OK area instead of below it. Next to. For a remote trial to be truly universal, its downsides in and of themselves are minor.
