Worked very well for replacing valve seals, brackets and brackets on my head mounted BMW. I had to trim some of the silver interior to fit my specific application but it's no big deal Can't expect it to fit perfectly on every head. Once I figured that out everything was a breeze. After fitting 24 M3 valves it wasn't too hard on the hands. Can be more painful if you have extreme valve springs I recommend it for replacing parts of the valve mechanism with the head in place.I used a leak tester to pressurize the combustion chamber to keep the valves closed.
