Very cheap Halloween costume fabric
From the photos this jacket looks like it is made of comfortable velvet or corduroy. It's not, it's the same fabric used for cheap disposable Halloween costumes. If you are buying to use as a costume this will work well. The size is good in general, but the shoulders are very narrow and even my hands are not big. I'm disappointed and going back.
