Disclaimer: I have two cats that are incredibly receptive to being touched anywhere and are very trusting and submissive of me, so I feel the results may vary with most normal cats , but this product works great. I have to admit I only take them out at night to avoid being seen as a guy walking his cats but after some expected awkwardness they love it. They are both house cats who want to go outside and that is the only way I allow. A cat is quite large, but the collar fits him after a small adjustment. Once set up, they're not as small as other reviewers might suggest. Second disclaimer: A cat's "successful walk" is essentially small circles around a small area of your yard, eating grass and rolling in the mud. Don't expect to have to walk around the block or anything, it could take a year or so. Cats go with you, not you with them.
