Great zips/fasteners. Keeps my hood securely closed, which means a lot in the Texas wind when you're hurtling down a toll road at 80 mph. Because it holds the hood so well, the car's handling in the wind is greatly improved, and the front end no longer feels "jerky". Thanks to the locking mechanism, they do not jump out and do not prevent unauthorized intervention. They fit fairly snugly and require some finesse of installation to fit properly. The left side was particularly painful as I had to use gimbals and extensions to get the socket wrench into the body mounted part. Nothing to do with those latches, everything to do with how Jeep designed the system and everything around it.
