This product uses far more water than is needed for washing. Within 4 months the water coming out became very weak and we had to position it in a certain way to allow the water to flow out. None of our other faucets in our home have experienced this, so we know it's not the water quality that's clogging them. When it broke completely we just replaced it, but since it worked a bit we hesitated to replace it and ended up using a very poor quality "broken" faucet for about a month. I'm sure that's why we've exceeded the warranty period. We tried opening the faucet to see if we could remove anything that might be affecting it, but the water connector was built into the faucet so we couldn't get inside the faucet to clean it. I'm glad I waited to write this review as I wasn't expecting such a hassle from this product. I would steer clear of this if you plan on using it for more than 6 months! UPDATE: Looks like the one I received was defective. The seller showed initiative in solving the problem. Although my experience was unsuccessful, the seller seems to know.
