Lightweight and really cute
The skirt is a thin, but not see through, material. It's very flowy and light. I love the wasit with the tie so you can tighten it to fit better. It us true to size. It sits just above my ankles, I am 5'3". I'm not an expert with material but it feels high quality and not something I would find at a micheals or hobby lobby. I really like the feel of it. Definitely plan on adding a cute top, slit, and some rhinestones! Love the diy potential.
