I bought this filter hoping to reduce the risk of microplastics. First of all, the product is not as easy to install as shown in the video. The adapter fits easily into the sink, but tightening the filter itself onto the adapter isn't that easy - it definitely takes more than one hand - pliers had to be used. Then after a few days the filter at the height of the sink attachment started to leak. I removed it, tried to set it up, but now I couldn't disconnect the adapter from the filter. When they called to ask for a new adapter they sent me a new filter which was nice. 2 days later the same problem. Asked if I could just buy new adapters to try the filter again - no dice - they won't sell them separately - will have to buy a new filter even though I have one. No agency answers the phone, just a service that's not really Flowater. I'm still waiting for the refund they promised me for the original filter. Not sure how to treat good customers who just need a replacement adapter - tell them to buy another new filter? Far more trouble than they were worth.
