Review on Westmark Multipurpose Vegetable Interchangeable Stainless by Brad Cao

I was put off by reviews of flimsy plastic and metal cheese graters. Based on my previous experience with European projects, I decided to work with a German company. They take cooking and gadgets seriously! I know ABS plastic is flexible but strong. This grater has 3 rotors for mincing, mincing and slicing. So far I've grated three types of cheese, two hard and one medium. The ABS plastic is flexible but overall the product is well constructed. Because the rotor is clamped and fixed in the head, it spins freely against even the toughest cheese, which is why the rotor handles break according to reviewers or other products. Overall, I am satisfied with the Westmark cheese grater.
