I've always loved the radio and it's a cool little radio! After setup, which was very quick and easy, it works like a charm. I'm a radio amateur so it's fun to be able to listen to the tapes and "see the signals" in the SDR software. This key has worked with every software I've tried. Gqrx is my favorite so far, but CubicSDR is also very good! I mostly use Linux so I haven't tried any other SDR software. It gets pretty hot when in use, but the aluminum case dissipates heat well. An outdoor antenna works best, but the included antennas work well. I can recommend it! Kudos to Nooelec. Good work!
