When you plug a device into a PCIe slot, USB turns on but no data transfer occurs. Windows 10 automatically detected it and loaded the BIOS, but you need to restart your computer and go to PCIe settings. For MSI motherboards (I have MSI B350 PC Mate) go to BIOS->Settings->Devices/PCIe Settings->Click on 16x or PCIe16x and switch it to 4x+4x+4x+4x. This allows all four USB 3.0 ports to transfer data. This fixes issues other reviewers had with only one or two USBs working or no data transferring. Otherwise, the product works flawlessly, delivering fast data transfer speeds and charging other devices faster than standard USB 2.0. For under $20, with a little PC knowledge, you can get a great product for your USB 3.0 needs.
