Review on Camco RhinoEXTREME Translucent Resistant Included by William Rothstein

I bought this set based on the positive reviews. The hardware looks solid and durable, but I can't stop it from leaking at both ends. I took it apart, made sure it was screwed into the fitting properly, and made sure there was still some factory slime on it. Everything looks fine, but when you try to tighten the locking ring it tends to slip off. I don't like this hose to clutch system. After fumbling with the clutch, I finally gave up. It only leaks a little at both ends, but if you spend money on this kit you'll never have to worry about leaks on a brand new hose. If you open the drain valve about halfway, there will be no leakage. But if you open the valve all the way, the pressure will cause a leak. I also bought an extra 10ft extension and all of the factory hose-to-coupling connections were sloppy and definitely leaking if I hadn't checked them ahead of time. Sloppy factory work installing hoses. From what I've read, I'm not the only one having hose connection issues. The consumer does not have to deal with this under any circumstances. Connections must be tight and tight at the factory! It looks like the gear is going to last quite a while, but the threaded hose fittings and their associated seals and lube are complete bullshit from Camco.
