First of all 5 stars for the good workmanship. 4 stars for the fit. I'm on the top of the 36"-40" mid-chest line and it closes with a SNUG zipper! You should keep your head tilted back slightly and your body straight in the water without touching your knees or waving your arms. This is a Type 3 personal rescue device. Type 1 or 2 is better at keeping your head above the water. The description should emphasize this. However, I would buy it again.
