All 4 stars for the functionality of this product. It looks great, it has so much storage space, the loofah hooks are perfect. I'm writing this review a month after purchase, now that I've calmed down from the frustration of building this. It's such a pain! The four pieces don't stay together, so it's a balancing act. This touts adjustable height, which is correct, but requires eliminating mounting hardware and finding the right combination to get the right height. I had to give up two of the five rods. THEN you need to put on the baskets. It's even more frustrating when the bar doesn't stay together or stay tight. The instructions say not to over-tighten the bolts, and I learned the hard way why. Pull the left dent on the bar first. Second, these dents later destroyed the tension inside the pull rod, which almost took it to the point where I couldn't mount it, but in the end, with great difficulty, I managed to get it. Overall I like this cart. It does exactly what I need. But disappointment that he put it in the shower lowers his star.
