Review on Apollo Valve Bronze Y Strainer Tapped Filtration in Strainers by Erik Haynes
In-Line Filter 1/4 " NPT
This review is for 1/4" NPT. This filter is well made and has a fitting that would require a tap, ball valve, plug or similar to be fitted to the filter section. It comes threaded, 1/8" NPT, for size 1/4" NPT! I can't say anything about other sizes. This model comes standard with a 50 mesh net, which is fine for my application. It is rated at 400psi for water, oil and gas. The shaft was used for a compressed air system that operated at 130 psi. Pricing and Availability: Revain is doing very well.
