The ease to connect with our customers via social media has been amazing! We have had great success using it as an interactive sales tool that allows us to engage directly with them without having to call or go through customer service reps. They made some minor changes at first but they got back to me quickly when I requested help again after we figured out how easy this was to use once set up correctly. There really isn't anything bad about their product so far other than maybe being able to do better analytics regarding what pages are getting used most often by users. This would be helpful if you wanted to know which areas were working well within certain campaigns/pages etc. It seems like all three versions (the free version, paid subscription level, pro) offer pretty similar functionality - just different levels of access depending upon where you're looking from. Make sure to try both options before deciding between pricing plans because there will likely not much difference in terms of The ease to use this software has been great! I love that it can be used from anywhere with an internet connection which makes my life easier as i am not tied down at home or work anymore (aside form when traveling). It does take some time getting accustomed but once you do everything becomes very easy peasy lemon squeezy!! We are able solve our customer service issues by using GX Commerce rather than having people come out all over town trying different solutions.
