I liked this belt when I first saw it and read all the reviews so I bought it. everything I need in it and I love that it has pockets to put my key or wand in (things that usually get in the way). My biggest issue was that there was a lot of bounce as the strap is best for a 30″+ waist. I have a waist size 27. When I received the belt I saw a paper that said I should email Susan and Mary if it didn't fit and they would custom make the belt. I thought it was too good to be true until I got a quick reply and today I just received my new belt which fits so well! These girls are amazing and I'm just blown away by the customer support. I highly recommend this belt and this company!
