The best part about this product is its ability to customize it according to our needs at each level of the organization - from departmental up through the executive suite! There are so many features in there you can do anything with ease (from simple desktop sharing to full VDI). As far as customization goes we were able to find everything within their system for what we needed. I had no issues finding something specific when i did have questions but if those answers aren't already included then it's likely someone else has used them before. This was an issue during implementation where some things weren't documented well enough due to it being such a new thing/feature they didn't want us doing stuff wrong. We're solving problems around providing more workstations than physical space allows which makes having multiple people working together easier along with allowing remote employees access without bringing hardware back into house. Also helps eliminate costly support calls by minimizing downtime caused by lost equipment.
